It’s St. Patrick’s Day, Mad Dash, and what better way to celebrate this lucky day than to make like the Irish and grab yourself some whiskey? We have a St. Patty’s hand-crafted cocktail heading your way that’s worth the wait and definitely worth sharing!

You’ll need:

• your favorite whiskey
• Cherries
• Vanilla
• Orange rind
• Ice
• Bitters
• Ginger beer (or soda water if you prefer it not be sweet)

 

This one takes a little prep, but is not wholly complicated! First, infuse your whiskey with the cherries, vanilla, and orange rind — make sure you let that little concoction sit for at least a week.

Once your flavors have made a home, pour over ice, give it a splash of bitters, and top with your ginger beer (or soda water!) and — Bob’s your uncle! St. Patty’s cocktail perfection!
