You know how some girls dream of twirling around in a layered wedding dress while wearing a jewel-adorned tiara? There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. There’s also nothing wrong with showing up to get married in exactly the attire that makes you feel comfortable and represents who you are. That’s how Melissa and Chris wanted to celebrate their love during a pandemic and we were there supporting them the whole way.

The couple invited just a handful of their closest friends and family to witness their exchange of vows orchestrated by Officiant Perry Hardison. For those who couldn’t join in person, the couple provided a live feed on Zoom so everyone near and far could feel included. Following the intimate ceremony, the couple took photos with Live View Studios to document their elopement. Brides and Bouquets provided a stunning backdrop and personal flowers for the couple. It may have taken place in the middle of a world crisis, but for one hour, everything was a lot simpler.
